INSERTION PROFESSIONNELLE
Les chantiers d’insertion
L’insertion professionnelle est une composante transversale du Pôle Accompagnement.
L’offre est mobilisable pour les publics accueillis dans les différents dispositifs.
Le Chantier d’insertion présente un double enjeu :
- Remettre « le pied à l’étrier » des personnes éloignées de l’emploi,
- Travailler un projet d’insertion pérenne, à l’appui de validation des acquis et de l’expérience et de formations.
Les ateliers et chantiers d’insertion (ACI) proposent un accompagnement et une activité professionnelle aux personnes sans emploi rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles particulières.
Les ACI sont conventionnés par l’État et le Département et bénéficient d’aides pour accomplir leurs missions.
L’ACI fait partie – avec l’association intermédiaire (AI), l’entreprise d’insertion (EI) et l’entreprise de travail temporaire d’insertion (ETTI) – des structures d’insertion par l’activité économique (SIAE).
